Delete your account

You can delete your Stallmap account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Stallmap and go to Settings.
  2. Tap your profile card to open your account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out on this device and any other signed-in devices lose access.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at stallmap@stockulus.cc or use the contact form from the email address linked to your account. We verify the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account record: email address, display name, credentials
  • Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In links to your account
  • All active sessions
  • Your visited-site history
  • All check-ins you posted, including comments and photos
  • Users you blocked and reports you submitted

What is kept

Nothing tied to your account is retained after deletion. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts beyond the short-lived infrastructure backups of our hosting provider, which expire automatically. Anonymous, aggregated data that cannot be linked to you is not affected.
